Rudy Gonzalez is a psychologist with over 20 years of experience who provides warm, non-judgmental trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs and complex presentations. His extensive career includes developing therapeutic programs in correctional facilities, community health services, and secure welfare services, as well as leadership roles at the Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Torture and The Cairnmillar Institute.
Drawing from his expertise in psychological resilience and recovery, he has made significant contributions to supporting trauma survivors, particularly refugees and at-risk youth, through evidence-based methodologies and community-focused interventions.
